I know that many people on WW are in this lifestyle for the long haul. As many say…1 and done. There are those who are back after the 5th time and this blog post is for you folks. If you truly want to be part of the 1 and done crowd the whole key is consistency. Not easy at times but doable. Food becomes less of a master and more of a servant. We decide what to put in our bodies. We decide what will work in meal planning. And we do this day after day. Week after week because no other way will work. Yes we can eat most foods but then we find out which ones are worth it. Health is truly our greatest wealth and we want to keep it that way. Consistency is the key!
