Well that’s a funny question, but really not that funny. There is so many things that try to remind us to drink water, apps on our phones, watches, etc. But do we heed it’s warning?
I for one, have to push myself to drink water on a regular basis. Many women do not like to drink much water because it leads to (ahem) having to visit the bathroom more than you’d like. But the point is: water really helps us flush out toxins. How much do we need? I’ve heard around 48-60 ounces a day. Believe me, as far as I’m concerned, that aint gonna happen. But I try. I try.
